Once again the McQueeney VFD Volunteers were ready to respond. When it was learned that an Air Force veteran in the Schertz area needed help with the removal of two large palm trees that had been killed by the winter freeze, our volunteers came to help with chainsaws and trucks to take care of the task for him.
